That's what happened to me when I read this book . I then spent $15 on the e-book , so I spent $30 on this . I then spent $15 on the e-book and I will be buying the audio book you are a great customer , George .

Yep , yep when , uh , when you're here in april , we , um , we have to look for specific and like special editions too , because they're again , I do not read these types of books , not necessarily like fantasy books , but just like the english books , like the books that we read like for this money and like for our own personal book instagrams . I do not read that shit and in dutch , some like are actually translated , but I don't read them because they don't have like the same feel to it . Also , I do not like my own language . I already said this one time before , um , but some of the editions are actually really pretty . So when you're here , we're going to go book shopping just for like . The special editions sound big , but again , I digress because indeed the german edition is really fucking stunning , but there are some good dutch ones too . So , um , may I also address some critical well , not critical issues . I've been waiting for these , which they are not , but I have some issues in general with this book , even though I loved it gave it 4.5 stars .

Um , it also had similar scenes or like elements that are described in the accord of thorns and roses series the entire scribe .

In a way , it had like I'm not saying I'm not , I'm not saying like it's a copy , because you know , let's rule , every single book that we have read , they have like overlapping elements , overlapping storylines , but I just felt like there were so many elements um , taken from so many like famous , like , notoriously , if that's even a thing books that we have read , and it was just like all thrown into , like a cauldron , stirred together into this fantastical soap . And yes , that is a line that I have said in my review and I'm just like quoting it verbatim . But she , rebecca , in this case managed to create something very original , even though I saw some ,

If that makes sense , because I feel like , as I was reading it , I didn't pick up on any of that , like I didn't pick up on any of the elements that it made me feel like I was reading like a Sarah J Maas book or like a Susanna Collins the Hunger Games like Susanna Collins . I didn't think of that at all and I'm like trying to go back and maybe because it's like not fresh in my mind , I didn't fully oh , maybe with the audio you'll recognize some of those elements that I've just mentioned .

Like , so that I have to say , at times the story was predictable , but it didn't stop me from enjoying , like that's the one thing is like , as soon as I can figure out what kind of author you are and what I need to do , then I'm golden . Because , like sarah j maas , I feel like you can go into her books and you will not pick up everything , especially the first time or the second time or even the third time , but you can go into her books trying to solve the puzzle , because you will not solve it , like , maybe you'll get one piece of it and you'll get so excited because you got that one piece , but you'll miss the other 12 000 pieces she's left . It is like breadcrumbs . So I love trying to like , really like , dive into her stories and like really try to like dissect them for myself in trying to figure it out , and I think her books make great buddy reads for that reason . But like this one , this one , it's almost like you just need to enjoy the ride . It's like you need to just read it .

So I actually really enjoyed that aspect and the turn that Rebecca took with that um . So that was like something that I like kind of stuck with me and I really enjoyed that . That's how that happened and that's how that came to be about .
